Case 01 · Distribution coordination

Three-bay receiving rebuild for a Gulf-coast distributor.

An electronics distributor in coastal Mississippi was averaging 14 missed receiving slots a month. We rewrote the trailer scheduling rubric, turned the Friday-afternoon standup into a Monday-morning one, and put a one-page variance log between dispatch and receiving.

Case 02 · Quality review

Outbound inspection rubric for a small-appliance brand.

A regional small-appliance brand was getting an 8% return rate on a single SKU after a packaging change. We sat with the QA lead at the contract packer for two weeks, rewrote the outbound inspection rubric, and tracked deviation per packer-shift until the rate stabilized.

Case 03 · Cross-warehouse handoff

11-SKU route refresh between two third-party warehouses.

An audio-equipment distributor moved 11 SKUs between a Mid-South 3PL and a Gulf-coast 3PL during a route refresh. We coordinated the calendar, witnessed the count via dispatch notes and partner photographs, and signed off the handoff in a single one-page memo.

Case 04 · Commercial reporting

Month-end pack rebuild for a five-store retailer.

A five-store regional retailer wanted a month-end pack their finance lead could file without rewriting it. We replaced the spreadsheet-only flow with a five-page PDF — statement, agreement, invoice, deviation log, narrative — using the same template Wellumbrakls uses for its own books.
