Services
Every Wellumbrakls engagement breaks into one or more of the three services on this page. We don't sell platform licenses or recurring software, and we don't subcontract operational work to a fourth party. Each scope is written into a service agreement, billed against a defined deliverable, and closed out with a month-end report.
No. 01 · Coordination
We are the connective tissue between supplier-side dispatch and the receiving floor. Trailer schedules, route corrections, exception triage, and the daily phone calls nobody wants to make.
No. 02 · Quality
Inbound and outbound inspection against a written rubric. We work alongside the receiving team rather than over them, and we keep our deviation log in the same spreadsheet they already use.
No. 03 · Reporting
Month-end packs that reconcile bank statements, partner ledgers, and the underlying service activity. Designed for finance teams who'd rather read a paragraph than a pivot table.
Scope & exclusions
We don't operate warehouses, run trucks, hold inventory, broker cargo, or take title to merchandise. We don't sell software, we don't resell platforms, and we are not a customs broker. Tax filing, regulated financial advisory, and government representation sit firmly outside our scope. If a request falls in that space, we'll say so and recommend a counterparty who handles it well.
